Jan Jarvis is a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years experience. She became a dedicated student of John F. Barnes in 1998 after her sister fell from a cliff and sustained profound injuries that were healed by Myofascial Release. Jan has had miraculous results in her own life because of MFR as well. It’s been instrumental in managing symptoms and recovering from chronic Lyme disease.

Jan’s years of seeking and study have made her an excellent therapeutic resource for clients who are ready to let go of pain and be at home in their bodies through the benefits of exquisitely sensitive, intuitive, nurturing touch and self-care practices.
